WanderNest Stays is a boutique, full-service short-term rental management company based in Perth. We specialise in helping property owners, from FIFO workers to interstate investors and travel lovers, turn their homes into high-performing, hassle-free Airbnb and short stay rentals.

My journey began after buying my first home in Perth. Just one month after I got the keys, I listed it on Airbnb whilst I travelled Europe and it took off. Whilst working FIFO, I didn’t want to share with tenants, I wanted my own space after the heavy swings, and I knew too many FIFO workers were being overcharged for rent when they were never there. I flipped the model on its head: instead of paying high rent while away, I let my home earn for me. That first success sparked something in me, combining everything I love: property, travel, connecting, and creating standout guest experiences.

Six months later, I purchased a second property with complete confidence in the short-term rental investment strategy. I threw myself into learning everything: podcasts, market trends, staging strategies, pricing tools, mentorships, I was hooked. I became obsessed with how to craft “killer listings” and deliver 5-star guest stays that stood out. How I could maximise revenue with tools, and more. I would stay in temporary accommodation just so my properties could keep earning, it was now costing me minimum 5k if I wanted to book to stay in my own home! No problem if you are anything like me, and wanting to stay in bali, goldcoast or wherever your heart takes you, it was proof this model can fuel my dream lifestyle.
