What You’ll Receive During Your Free Appraisal

Gathering all property information, amenities and an essential checklist for your guests, covering Wi-Fi requirements, property access, and parking details.

Advice on seasonal nightly rental rates and the minimum number of nights for stays. Calculation of your linen requirements based on the number of bedrooms and guest capacity.

Determining the Guest Cleaning Fee for each stay, which covers cleaning and laundry services. This fee is paid by your guests alongside the nightly rental charge, and we do not charge a commission on it.

What Happens After the Appraisal?

If you choose to proceed after the appraisal, we will provide you with a minute of agreement, which must be agreed and understood before we schedule your photoshoot.
